About Us |
Welcome to the Maranatha Adventist Church (WA). Thank you for visiting us!The Maranatha Adventist Church (WA) is a member of the Washington Conference of Seventh-day Adventist. To find out more about the ministries, events and news from the Seventh-day Adventist Church please visit the North American Division website. We are part of the worldwide body of Seventh-day Adventists and our congregation reflects both social and cultural diversity. A people with a mix of backgrounds, experiences and personalities, we are united by a common interest: a love for God and a desire to worship Him through His Son Jesus Christ. Each Sabbath we meet for fellowship, praise to God through song, prayer and Bible Study.
The Bible tells us the story of the sower and the seeds. Jesus mentioned, that sometimes life and the cares of the world could stifle you, and also discourage you so much that the seed of the word can be choked out. I've learned to look up when life's battle gets me down. Isaiah 41:10 says, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you”. I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Here at Maranatha we experience God's help every day. Come and meet the God who wants to uphold you.

About Seventh-day Adventists
Adventists believe a Trinity of three persons - the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit - make up one God. They made salvation possible when Jesus, the Son, came to earth as a baby in Bethlehem and lived a sinless life in accordance with the Father's will. When Jesus was crucified for the sins of the people of the world and arose from the dead on the third day, victory was won for everyone. More >>
